[Microgreens are edible seedlings that are cultivated and allowed to grow until they have started to develop their first true leaves and begin photosynthesizing. At this stage, the plants are about 1 to 3inch tall and about 8/14 days old.
More than a fancy garnish food; scientific researches now prove that these tiny seedlings are a real superfood packed with antioxidant and other health promoting nutrients.
